Traditionally, Saudi gatherings are accompanied by Saudi-style feasts - ram, lamb, goat or sheep, cooked using a variety of methods, and prepared with various styles of rice, as well as multiple choices of sauces.

  • Mandi Traditional Arabian/Yemeni style — meat slow-cooked over underground coal, served with spiced rice.
  • Tannouri - Clay oven (tandoor-style) cooking — produces smoky, tender meat.
  • Nadi -  Slow-cooked method that keeps the meat juicy and tender.
  • Haneeth  Roasted in an underground oven — tender meat with crisp, flavorful edges.
  • Kabsa  Classic Saudi rice dish cooked with spiced broth and tender meat.
  • Zurbiyan Rice dish similar to biryani, with rich spices and layered flavor.
  • Kabuli Fragrant rice dish with mild spices and nuts, common in Gulf and Afghan cuisine.

  • Harri Tali Young Harri ram — premium Saudi sheep breed known for tender, flavorful meat.
  • Harri Tais - Harri male goat — lean, flavorful meat, excellent for traditional Saudi dishes.
  • Awarid TaisAwarid male goat — local goat breed, slightly larger, known for rich taste.
  • Sawakni Tali Young Sawakni ram — Sudanese breed, ideal for large gatherings and rice dishes.
  • Sawakni DhabeehaWhole Sawakni sheep — typically used for feasts serving 30–40 guests.
